Every piece travels insured and signed for, in the keepsake box.
Delivery in the UAE
Free, by insured courier, to any address in the UAE. The courier asks for a signature and an Emirates ID or passport.
Pieces from the collection leave the studio within 3 working days. A commission leaves once the balance is paid.
Outside the UAE
We deliver across the GCC on request. Duties and taxes are shown before you pay.
Returns from the collection
Return an unworn piece within 14 days of delivery, with its certificate, for a full refund to the card you paid with.
We collect it from you, insured, at no cost.
Commissions
A commission is made once, for you, so it cannot be returned. If anything is not as approved, we put it right.
If something is wrong
Write to the studio within 30 days with a photo. A fault in the making is repaired or remade at our cost.
