Delivery and returns
Delivery is complimentary across the UAE and sent insured, by hand, against a signature. Pieces in stock leave the studio within 3 working days.
If the piece is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We collect it, unworn and in its box with the certificate, and refund you in full. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.
The certificate
Each piece carries its number on the clasp and arrives with a certificate naming it, its gold, its stones and its place in the run.
Care
Take it off to swim, bathe or sleep. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it in its box, apart from other pieces. Bring it back once a year and we clean and check every setting for free.
